After a thorough consultation, Botox® may be provided to reduce the appearance of bunny lines.
Bunny lines are the small creases that can occur on the sides of the nose and extend into the middle portion of the cheek and under-eye area. These lines are caused by a muscle called nasalis and can create an older and more stressed appearance. Botox® can be used to relax this muscle and smooth the skin over the nose, cheek and under-eye region.
The treatment involves a series of injections using a very fine needle. Generally speaking, the procedure is quite comfortable and topical anaesthetic (numbing cream) is not required. Afterwards a soothing cream is applied to the treated area. The procedure takes 15-20 minutes and no recovery time is required.

Botox and other forms of botulinum toxin such as Azzalure and Bocouture, have been scientifically proven to
be safe and effective for clinical use. The effects of Botox® are temporary meaning that repeat treatments are
generally required (every 4-6 months) to maintain the desired result.
